1. Who We Are

The Wall Street Tailor is a bespoke tailoring house based in Bangkok, Thailand. We provide ready-made clothing, accessories, and fully custom garments for men and women.
2. Placing an Order

Orders may be placed in person at our shop or, where available, through online arrangements.

For custom garments, customers choose fabrics, are measured, and confirm details before work begins.

Full payment is required at the time of order.
3. Payments

In-store: cash, debit/credit cards, Visa/Mastercard, and contactless payments.

Online: advance payment via bank transfer.

Orders will not be started or shipped until payment has been confirmed.
4. Alterations and Fittings

For bespoke garments, we provide as many fittings and alterations as required until the customer is satisfied.

Alterations after final delivery are subject to discussion and may incur additional charges depending on the request.
5. Refunds and Returns

In Bangkok: Customers may request adjustments until satisfied. If, after alterations, the customer remains unsatisfied, a full refund will be issued and the garment retained by us.

International Orders: If there are fitting issues, customers may return the garment for free alterations. We will cover the cost of shipping the item back to the customer. If the service is not satisfactory after alterations, a full refund will be issued once the returned garment is received by us.
6. Shipping & Delivery

We provide worldwide shipping via trusted courier services (e.g., Zenzoni).

Shipping fees are paid by the customer.

Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Within Bangkok, we provide complimentary pick-up and delivery.
